01

TalepNET Network

Company pages, connections, quote flows and visibility across the business network.

What is TalepNET Network?

TalepNET Network is a B2B business network where buyers, suppliers and service providers connect, request quotes, create orders and schedule meetings in one ecosystem.

Who can join?

Procurement teams, suppliers and service providers across 20+ categories can join, including logistics, consulting, legal, accounting, training, travel, software, operations and office services.

What does a company page do?

Your company page helps you present products, services, references and key company details in a structured way. Buyers can request a quote, start an order or schedule a meeting from your page.

How do company tenders work?

Buyers can publish a need as a company tender. Relevant suppliers can discover it, submit offers and follow the process within the same workflow.

Does TalepNET take commission from supplier sales?

TalepNET helps buyers and suppliers manage the commercial workflow, but it does not take commission from supplier sales.

What is the Procurement P2P App?

The P2P app is designed to manage internal procurement from purchase request and approval to quote collection, ordering and receiving.

Which procurement workflows can I manage?

Teams can manage purchase requests, approval flows, supplier selection, quote comparison, purchase orders, receiving, budget controls and procurement reporting from one system.

Are approval workflows supported?

Yes. Approval flows can be configured by department, amount, category or company structure, making requests easier to route and track.

How does the order process work?

After the preferred quote is selected, a purchase order can be created, shared with the supplier and tracked through receiving.

Can TalepNET integrate with ERP or finance systems?

Depending on company needs, integrations with ERP, finance and operational systems can be evaluated. Scope is planned around the existing system landscape and workflow design.

03

Do suppliers respond to quotes through TalepNET?

Yes. Suppliers can view quote requests, respond to them and track related processes inside the platform.

Is my quote data confidential?

Quote visibility follows the workflow and access model defined in the system. The goal is to keep commercial communication controlled and traceable instead of scattered across channels.

Does TalepNET guarantee buyer payment?

TalepNET supports procurement and supplier collaboration workflows; it does not act as a payment guarantor between buyer and supplier.

How does it add value if we already work with enterprise customers?

Existing relationships become more structured through quote management, order tracking, contract and document workflows, creating clearer operations for both supplier and buyer teams.
